Registration data: When the data subject accesses the website and enters information via landing pages and forms, the following are provided — always with consent: name, WhatsApp number, company name, and the website the user already manages.

Browsing data: When the data subject browses our website, we collect data that identify: IP address, date and time, geolocation, device characteristics, browser and version, account information (username, marketing preferences, and cookies), pages accessed, pages searched, and time spent on pages.

Others: Data collected only with consent or explicit notice, such as recorded videos from meetings.

HOW LONG ARE THESE DATA STORED?

Data are stored for a maximum of 6 (six) years for marketing data (following similar legislation to LGPD); and up to 10 years for purchase and sale data, for legal defense purposes and company history — counted from the termination of the commercial relationship with the company.

  • Purchase data: 10 years.

  • Registration data: 6 years.

  • Browsing data: Minimum of 6 months.

  • Contractual data: 10 years.

If the data subject requests deletion of their data, such deletion may be refused if necessary to comply with legal obligations and legal defense of our interests.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA?

We only share personal data with third parties or partner companies to enable service provision. For purposes other than those initially informed in this policy, the company will only share data upon express, highlighted, and specific consent.

International Transfer

To enable the company’s service provision, it may be necessary to transfer data to companies in other countries. We only transfer personal data of our clients to allow the services offered to be provided and to jurisdictions with at least the same protection as provided by Brazilian regulations. To ensure an adequate level of protection, we perform a risk mapping of the international transfer and share data with countries where there are minimum legal guarantees of protection and low risk of data breaches.
